You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. ZenBlend is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you or for packages lost due to address errors.

Due to the nature of our herbal products (consumables), we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been shipped to you. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will investigate and, at our discretion, either replace the product or provide a full refund. Photographic evidence of the defect is required.
Orders can only be cancelled before payment is received. Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or damaged.
